🛒 Ingredients 🛒

1 kg of wild boar meat
200 g of pitted black olives
1 onion
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 clove of garlic
1 glass of red wine
Vegetable broth as needed
Extra virgin olive oil as needed
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed

👨‍🍳 Preparation 👨‍🍳

Cut the wild boar meat into cubes and marinate it for at least 12 hours with the red wine, carrot, celery and onion cut into large pieces.
In a large pot, sauté the garlic clove with a little extra virgin olive oil.
Add the drained wild boar meat from the marinade and brown it over high heat for a few minutes.
Add the marinated vegetables and brown them together with the meat for a few minutes.
Add the pitted black olives and a little vegetable broth.
Cover the pot with a lid and cook over low heat for about 2 hours, adding vegetable broth if necessary.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste at the end of cooking.
