🍴 Walnut risotto 🍴

🛒 Ingredients 🛒
– 300 g rice
– 100 g chopped walnut kernels
– 1 small onion
– 50 ml white wine
– 750 ml vegetable stock
– 30 g butter
– 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
– salt
– pepper
– rocket (optional)
– extra virgin olive oil

👨‍🍳 Preparation 👨‍🍳
First fry the chopped onion in the oil, then add the chopped or coarsely chopped walnuts and brown them lightly, finally add the rice and toast it.

Finally, add the rice and toast it. then start adding the hot stock, a little at a time, and cook.
When the risotto is ready, stir in butter and Parmesan cheese.

Your walnut risotto is ready: serve, garnish with washed and dried rocket and serve.
