🛒 Ingredients 🛒

400 g vermicelli
500 g cherry tomatoes
500 g mixed seafood (mussels or clams, shrimp and baby octopus)
1 kg garlic
1 clove garlic
extra virgin olive oil
parsley
salt and pepper to taste

👨‍🍳 Preparation 👨‍🍳

In a pan, sauté the garlic with the oil. Add the seafood, a little water and the cherry tomatoes. Cover with a lid and cook for about ten minutes. In a pot with plenty of slightly salted water, cook the vermicelli until al dente. Pour them into the previously prepared sauce. Mix well and serve.
