🍜 Straw and hay with salmon and peas 🍜

🛒 Ingredients 🛒
– 150 g salmon fillets in oil
– 200 g peas au naturel
– a potato of about gr. 200
– 300 g fresh straw and hay pasta
– half a yellow pepper
– one spring onion
– a tuft of dill
– extra virgin olive oil
– salt
– pepper

👨‍🍳 Preparation 👨‍🍳
Peel the potato and cut it into small cubes. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil, add the potato cubes and cook for 10 minutes, then pour in the pasta and cook it al dente.

In the meantime, brown the sliced spring onion and roughly chopped pepper in 3 tablespoons of oil, add the drained peas, season with salt and pepper and leave to gain flavour for 2 minutes on a medium heat.

Add the salmon chopped with a fork and the drained pasta together with the potato, toss everything for a moment and turn off the heat.
Sprinkle with dill chopped with scissors, stir and distribute on plates.
