😋Lasagna with sausage ragout and pesto 😋

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
– 300 g puff pastry for lasagna
– 300 ml béchamel sauce
– 400 g sausage
– 1 half glass red wine
– Carrot
– Celery
– Onion
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Salt and pepper
– Grated parmesan cheese
– 300 g tomato sauce
– Pesto

PREPARATION:
Brown the chopped carrot, celery and onion in a large pan, then add the meat, deglaze it and let it cook for about an hour along with the tomato puree; remember to adjust the salt and pepper.

Mix the béchamel sauce with the pesto.

Assemble the lasagna in an oven dish, alternating the following layers: béchamel sauce, puff pastry, sausage ragout. Sprinkle the surface with Parmesan cheese and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Easy!!!
