🍚 Risotto with mussels, saffron and peppers 🍚

🛒 Ingredients 🛒
– 300 g rice
– 2 peppers
– a 300 g bag of mussels
– 1 sachet saffron
– oil
– onion
– 1 cube
– 1/2 glass white wine

👨‍🍳 Preparation 👨‍🍳
Prepare a stock with stock cube and put saffron in it.
Sauté the onion and oil, wash and clean the peppers.
Add them to the sauté and cook for about 5 minutes.
Then throw in the rice and toast it, adding the stock when it becomes dry.
Add 1/2 glass of wine and let it evaporate.
Stir often.
Finally, throw in the mussels (if frozen you have to thaw them under lukewarm water) and cook for about 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
