🍳 Ricotta omelet 🍳
🛒 Ingredients 🛒
– 2 handfuls rocket
– 10 egg
– 100 ml milk
– Salt
– Pepper from the mill
– 2 tbsp butter
– 300 g ricotta
– 2 pinches sweet paprika powder
👨🍳 Preparation 👨🍳
Wash the rocket and spin dry. Whisk the eggs with the milk and season with salt and pepper.
Melt 1 tbsp butter in 2 non-stick frying pans. Divide the beaten eggs between the pans. Once the eggs have set a little, scatter some rocket on top and spread the ricotta by the teaspoonful. Fry at a low temperature for about 5 minutes to form omelettes.
Sprinkle with the paprika powder and scatter the remaining rocket on top of the omelettes. Serve immediately.
