CAULIFLOWER ORECHIETTE 😋😋😋😋😋
🥦INGREDIENTS.
– Cauliflower 1
– Orecchiette 400 g
– Fresh chili pepper 1
– Pecorino cheese to taste
– Garlic 1 clove
– Salt to taste
– Extra-virgin olive oil
🥦PROCEEDING
First divide the cabbage into florets, then wash them thoroughly and sauté the clove of garlic in a small pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and the chopped red pepper
Bring water to a boil, throw in the cauliflower florets, season with salt, cook for about 10 to 15 minutes (the cabbage should be very al dente), then throw in the orecchiette
When the pasta and cabbage are cooked, drain them, pour them into a soup bowl, season with the chili sauce and serve with a sprinkling of grated pecorino cheese
