🍴 Bucatini with lamb ragu 🍴

🛒 Ingredients 🛒
(For 6 people):
– 600 g ground lamb meat
– 500 g of tomato puree
– 500 g bucatini pasta
– One celery stalk
– One carrot
– One onion
– Lemon
– Parsley
– Mint
– Pecorino cheese
– Butter
– Red wine
– Stock cube olive oil
– Salt and peppercorns

👨‍🍳 Preparation 👨‍🍳
Chop the herbs (celery, carrot, onion) and sauté them in a little oil.

Then brown the lamb meat and deglaze it with half a glass of wine; when the latter has partially evaporated, add salt, ground pepper, tomato puree, cover and let stew over low heat for about 2 hours and 30′, thickening the sauce if it shrinks too much with a ladleful of stock.

About half an hour before you finish cooking, bring plenty of salted water to a boil and boil the bucatini; drain them al dente, season with fresh butter, the lamb ragout, finely chopped lemon zest, mint, parsley and serve immediately with grated pecorino 1 cheese.
